Verify Your Order
Inspect your custom blinds upon delivery to ensure they match your specifications and are free from manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Contact Support
If there is an issue with your order, email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the defect.
Authorization and Packaging
Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Replacement or Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process a replacement to your exact specifications or issue a refund to your original payment method.
